My first Thanksgiving!
This month Annie done so many new things along with having her very first thanksgiving at Aunt Jamie and Uncle Justin's house! Annie now has two teeth, she has learned to say mama and baba, she could already say Dada which she says all of the time! She has learned how to make her walker go and she is totally on the move. She has moved from newborn clothes to 0-3 months and we are so proud of her. She is eating like a champ and if she does not get it fast enough then there is going to be hell to pay. We are getting ready for the holidays, which is technically annie's second Christmas but since she was in the NICU last year, that does not count and this is her first one because she was all alone with no family last year and now she is going to be with everyone. We are also getting ready for Demira's 13th birthday and Annie's 1st birthday. I can not believe how fast time goes by. It seems like just yesterday that we were in the NICU and she was born, I am so thankful that the time that Annie was so sick went by so fast and we took her home and now our family is complete. I love her so much and can not imagine one day or even one minute without her, when she wakes up in the morning she is so happy and smiling and sometimes I go back to the hard days in the NICU and it makes realize how truly lucky and blessed that we are to have her because there are so many family that never get to have that. The only thing that Annie has left from being a preemie is that she is still little. That is it! She amazes me everyday how smart she is and she never lets anything stop her from being the very best that she can be. There were so many people that prayed for her when she was in the hospital and the doctors that took care of her, how to do repay them, thank you just does not seem enough for giving us Annie. I will spend the rest of life paying back in any way I can.
